5-10-15-20 etc……….

Push ups

10-20-30-40 etc……..

step back lunges

Rest 2:00 between sets
Example:

5 push ups, 10 step back lunges then do 10 push ups, 20 step back lunges, then do 15 push ups, 30 step back lunges and keep increasing 5 reps to your push ups and 10 reps to your lunges until 6:00 is up. Rest 2:00 and then start over. You can scale and only do 1 six minute AMRAP if you need/want too.
