For time:
150 squat jumps + jumping lunge
1 jumping air squat + 1 jumping lunge each leg = 1 rep!
That’s right!
1 jump squat
1 jumping lunge right leg
1 jumping lunge left leg
Equals 1 rep for 150 reps!
